Aduhai penyewa...

Mom got a land at Puchong and she build dalam empat pintu rumah sewa.

Jangan nak menganga mulut tu sangat, rumah kecik je. Ala rumah murah tu. Satu pintu ada dua bilik and satu bilik air.

Mom decided to build rumah sewa ni pun dengan tujuan sekali harung supaya tanah ni tak terbiar macam tu sahaja...plus dapat la pocket money sikit for her monthly.

My mom kan dulu bekerja... dia dah biasa bekerja... now dah rileks lepak ni... dia jadi boring.. 

But lately due to health umur etcs...

Anak2 kenalah take over tolong sesama pergi round buat spot check... round mengutip sewa all.

But 2012 has been really menyakitkan hati for all of us.

Especially mom lah.

Orang2 yang menyewa tahun ni ramai orang bujang. duduk satu rumah maximum we all bagi empat orang sahaja... but bila datang spot check satu rumah sampai enam motor. Need I say more?

Earlier, kami hanya amik orang berkeluarga sahaja yang duduk menyewa, but tu lah as their family expanding, of course lah semua pun nak cari rumah lain.

Masa family duduk kurang la masalah nya.... 

Tempat terjaga, sewa tak parah.

Yelah, siapa nak kawasan tak elok etc untuk anak bini duduk kan?

But bila we have to take these bujangans all...

masyaallah sangat menduga iman dan kesabaran.

Kita ada sign agreement. Penyerahan kunci, deposit etcs.

Sewa rumah kena bank in or hand over to us paling lambat 7hb the following month. Hujung bulan is very much appreciated tq.

Bulan pertama:

"Mak Cik sewa kitaorang tak masukkan lagi sebab toilet ada masalah. Kita tolak dari sewa lah untuk repair ye.."

Pointnya disini... keadaan rumah dalam keadaan baik sebelum derang masuk. Semuanya dah dicheck everytime ada orang keluar.

So, I told them... kalau betul you all takde duit, kita share half2 sebab bukan kami yang guna sampai rosak.

end of month one.

Bulan kedua:

"Mak cik saya balik kampung ada hal. Nanti saya balik KL saya serahkan sewa. Lambat sikit la tapi..."

I told him, what about budak2 lain.? Bank in their portion first and your portion bank in lepas you come back from kampung.

Call tak berangkat. Sms tak berreply.

Called the other boys... "Kami semua dah kumpul serah kat xxxx"...

Nice.

Sewa di bank in hujung bulan yang suppose paid for 3rd month.

End of month two.

Bulan ketiga:

Rumah kosong.

Derang lari.

And left us with this.

Tell me.
How am I suppose to kesian or not angry?
Dah la tinggal rumah tak berkunci.
Siap dinding berconteng.

How?
How?
Now, to repair all.
No way ada yang nak menyewa like this.

We all looked the same.
Literally lah.

We have a face, body.
Rambut asalnya sama hitam. But masing2 ada yang tukar jadi blonde, hazel, red and etcs.

Apa yang buat kita berbeza?
Perbezaan pendapat, akal fikiran, cara berfikir.

Allah hu akbar.
Hebat kan ciptaan Allah?

Otak kita mungkin nampak sama serupa tapi setiap satu berfungsi dengan unique.
Allah cipta dengan akal, yang berlainan setiap satu darinya.

Tapi, dengan akal yang kita semua ada ni, adakah kita menggunakannya dengan betul?

Ada elemen lain terlibat... Perasaan, emosi.
Again, semuanya sangat unique.

Sedih kerana marah.
Sedih kerana sayang.
Sedih kerana cemburu.
Sedih kerana pilu.

Marah kerana sedih.
Marah kerana sayang.
Marah kerana cemburu.
Marah kerana dengki.

Dengki kerana cemburu.
Dengki kerana persaingan.

Persaingan sihat?
Persaingan kurang sihat?

Semuanya inter related.
And semuanya bersebab apabila terjadi.

Semua perkara terjadi for a reason.

Which leads to a....
Bad decision to a good intention.

Yang penting, jangan menghukum.
Itu hak mutlak Allah SWT.

We have to keep on going.
Keep on forgiving and forgetting.
Keep on learning.

What I've learned today

Today is indeed the most valuable 24hours (excluding my sleeping hours) I had in my life.

Because why?

I learned to a accept my flaws. Dengan penuh redha and cool.

Memang betul orang kata. Truth hurts. But the moment I heard it.. The confession. Terus tarik nafas dalam2 and bersyukur ada yang masih sudi menegur.

Menegur.
Bukan memaki.
Bukan menghamun.

MENEGUR.

Bukan belakang2.
But straight to my face.

It hurts.
Bergenang la jugak air mata.
Berubah jugaklah muka.

But when I calm myself down.
I realise.

Alhamdulillah.

Hari ni my one and only sister's birthday.


It falls on Monday... but a lot of arrangement has been made earlier of course.
No one is of course the birthday present.
It's not like everyday I can buy my sister a present kan?


Setelah diamati... di kaji di tong2 and also ehem budget permits... I settled with something low key straight forward yet classy for my sis. Something just like her.

Its not easy at all to hide that big package from her ok.
plus, our beloved mom pulak asyik tanya risau my sis ternampak lah apa lah..
drama drama....

we all yang excited lebih mengalahkan birthday women, kan? ahhahahaha

so now the plan.
i have reserved a place for all of us to have lunch sama2. I like the cafe so much and i know my family will love it too.
And next, I planned for a family movie out together celebrating my bothDs for their achievement.
Syukur Ya Allah...

But the cafe and the movie venue agak jauh together...
So, plan B...
makan and movie at the same place.

What my sis know.. it's a movie day out.
What others know... a surprise for my sis while lunch.

With help from mom, BIL, my friend, and my beloved bothDs... the plan works!
sis was shocked when we sang her a birthday song and walk in the restaurant while bigD holding the cake and lilD with the knife..
and of course, my sis was busy munching garlic bread. ;)

the moment she knew the song is for her.. she asked us to slow our voices down and we automatically raised our voices up. hahahahaa.... so degil, right?
tau apa dia buat?

dia menyorok bawah meja.
hahahhaa...

usai lunch...
moh movie..

layan tengok Avengers.

nasib baik rezeki bothDs..movie tu ada lagi...
time movie tu release bothDs tengah exam.. memang tak boleh nak bawak dernag keluar tengok...

It is not the celebration
It is not the money spent

But it is the moment and time spent together on our special day...
or on our someone special's day.

Thank You Allah for all the blessings.
For the chance to enjoy life to the fullest with my family.
We might not be on the same channel most of the time...
But we are family no matter what.
