insulting? is that the best way u treat ur customer?? - PART II

Farezah went to Kamdar during lunch hour to meet the manager, Mr. Parish.
He's a Pakistani.
He speaks english, Alhamdulillah.

So, they discuss.
Parish gve Farezah few options of solutions:

1. To return the material, take other things but still, no cash return.
not encourage. kalau dapat cash balik, lain lah kan?

2. Take something else, on the spot. - in a certain limit, of course.
eton was not around.if not, dah kena rembat dah.

3. Next visit, any purchase, will be discounted.
we choose this one. Farezah siap amik no hp Parish, so that bole call dia to make sure he's
around time nak shopping tu nanti.

Next discussion. Remember bimbo? haaa...kan dah kata, don't mess with farezah...Parish said dat he will talk to bimbo about this.
Farezah said, she wants bimbo to be given a warning letter. I love u babe!
Terkejut jugak la si Parish kan... amik ko!
Parish pun kata lah yg if issue warning letter, it will involve HR and nanti ade inquiry bagai. Parish tak nak susahkan Farezah la, coz dia maybe akan kena panggil as a witness.

lega lah jugak dengar... but, just for the record, bimbo definitely takkan terlepas begitu saje.
