insulting? is that the best way u treat ur customer??

ok. this is going to be quite long.

went to midval wt eza & eton yesterday.
purpose? to find a material for shifa's wedding.
not for me, i've settled mine..remember??

so, we went here.
our aim is to get reception baju for both eza & TM(as they will become ifa&AE's pengapits) and also a matching material for eton's top.

at the moment we are at this satin's material corner, we are very delighted that we saw a very match and perfect hue for eton's top and it is only RM5.80 per meter. so, we call the assistance there and ask her help for a 2.5meter piece. she pulls the material, shift it to the next shelf and start cutting.

we are very happy and go on with the quest for eza & TM.

we found a very nice kebaya-blouse for eza and very beautiful matching material to match with. we also managed to find a very nice baju melayu for TM.

ok, now, to the chashier we go.

eton went 1st.
the girl punch in the price and its RM30++.



eton:babe, harga dia tadi RM5.80 p/meter kan? kalau 2.5meter berapa eh?
me: should be around RM18.
eton to that girl: dik, ni bukan harga dia, adik dh silap punch nih.
that girl: ni kan tulis kat sini.this is the price, kak.
eton to girl: bukan..akak ingat harga dia.

so, eton & me went back to the shelf and checked. guess what? remember i told u about she pulls the material and shift it to the next shelf? its a shelf of RM12.90 per meter material.

wrong 1: she did not advise us that the material is RM12.90 p/meter not RM5.80 p/meter.
lesson 1: she should have educate the customer, no?

note yer... the shelf and the cashier counter is quite jauh.
so, back to the counter we go. farezah was not around.she went to the ATM to withdraw some money.
as we walked back to the counter, they show us some 'how was it' expression and both of us nodded (we nod because we confirmed that we saw that RM12.90 p/meter tag).
and, the girl punch it straight away and eton pun mcm trus bagi duit. while, she is still talking to
me.
eton is quite reluctant actually.
me, too.

wrong 2: we pay for the price.we shouldn't.
lesson 2: think PROPERLY before u pay.even 2hours standing there.

farezah is back, and she pays hers.
eton decided to return the material and ask for money back/compensation.
farezah asked bout the situation and she talked very nicely and politely to the cashier, the material cutter girl and the other girl.


material cutter girl: kak, polisi kami disini, kain yg dh kena potong, tak boleh nak return dah.
farezah: ok, tapi kenapa harga misleading? and kenapa x advise we all tadi.mmg salah we all, we all dh bayar, but, ade x cara lain yg u boleh buat to atleast compensate the price. bg discount ker..apa ker?
material cutter girl: saya ingat, kakak yg alih kan kain tu?
me: we didn't even lift the thing.we all just tarik the kain untuk tgk matching or not and we all terus panggil u. kenapa u accuse we all alih kan kain tu?
material cutter: saya ingat akak tau and akak yg alihkan kain tu.

at this point, all of us started to bengang already.


me: we all tak keje sini, tak de sbb kenapa we all nak alih kan kain tu.
material cutter girl: saya tau, akak x keje sini.tapi, saya ingat akak yg alih kan kain tu.

korang rasa, dia nih reti bahasa ke tak????


farezah: siapa in charge sini? boleh tak saya nk jumpa person in charge.


here comes the material cutter girl with a bimbo.


bimbo: apa masalahnya ni. kain, kalau dh potong, mmg x boleh return.
farezah: don't talk to me wit such intonation. i talked nicely. dont make me do something bad.
bimbo: ok, skrng ni nak suruh we all buat apa? apa solutionnya?
farezah: kitaorg faham, benda dh berlaku. tapi, benda tu misleading. salah we all, we all bayar. so, sapa yg ade authority maybe boleh kasi compensation to us. a discount maybe.
bimbo: nak tuka harga mcm mana? tak de sapa ade authority.eleh, bukan banyak pun. 2 meter setengah jer. apa yg yg kecoh sangat?
me: he's insulting us. stop talking to him and lets just ask for the manager.
bimbo: manager tak de. esok baru ade.
farezah: ok, gve me the details. apa nama dia, apa contact number dia, apa nama u?
bimbo:sham.mohd sham.nak IC no ker? (with such a slut intonation)
farezah: baik bg no hp sekali.
bimbo: no hp x bole, private.
me: IC x private???? bodo...

wrong 3: don't insult ur customer.even, they are wrong.these people really need a communication lesson.
lesson 3:bdk bimbo tu mmg nak mampos la.

we walked out from here dengan hati yg bengkak.
especially eton.

of we go to food junction to have dinner.
eton x makan.
sbb sakit hati.

we talked and bitch around for a while till shifa ring us up.
she's somewhere near and will come to peek us.

went to Carrefour.
cari barang2 nak wat bunga sabun.
pastu... met ifa&AE kat TOMEI.
fighting over a suasa & a platinum.
emph.. lets not go there k?

soon after, off we go.

so again, whats with the rudeness?
we know our fault.we admit it.
but, u cant accuse us shifting the thing all over again and again. - mmg celaka mulut budak nih.
and also, whats with the insult? - mmg bdk ni x kenal farezah lagi.silap2, melayang la keje ko.
